Whenever I think of my mom she is smiling or laughing. That is about the best gift you could leave your kids I think. As I go through her sewing treasures and post and then send them to their new homes it brings me a new joy. There is happiness in knowing all these lovely people will be stitching up these things that she had such big plans for. She loved it all—the patterns, the embellishments, the fabric, Lord did she love the fabric!
